Stephen Klar

Stephen Klar was elected as a director of the Company in 2026.  Mr. Klar was formerly the President and a Managing Partner of Wellington Management Group LLP from 2004 to 2026.  Previously, Mr. Klar served as Partner and Co-Leader of the North American Asset Management Practice at McKinsey & Company from 1996 to 2004.  Prior to joining McKinsey, he was a Corporate & Tax Law Attorney with Phillips & Vineberg (Davies Ward) from 1992 to 1996.  Mr. Klar has more than 30 years of financial services leadership across global asset management, management consulting, and corporate law
